Email us with your company name, website, a one-line description, and your funding history to date (rounds, amounts, investors). We verify eligibility against our own funding dataset and public sources — usually within 2 business days — and reply with your personal invite code.

The program is priced for the stage you're at, not forever. When you close a multi-million-dollar Seed or Series A, your seat converts to the full Strategist plan at 50% off the first year — the discount applies automatically at checkout when you upgrade.
Program terms
- Price
- €250 / month, billed €750 every 3 months via Stripe (3 months paid up front). Auto-renews each quarter.
- Minimum commitment
- 3 months, paid up front each quarter. Cancelling mid-quarter stops the next renewal; the current 3-month period is not refunded.
- Cancellation
- Written notice 30 days before your next billing date — email support@threadmoat.com or use the billing portal in Settings.
- Eligibility
- Founders of startups that have NOT raised a multi-million-dollar institutional Seed or Series A (bootstrapped, angel, grant, or pre-Seed funding is fine). Verified against our funding dataset and public sources before an invite is issued — and re-verified periodically.
- Graduation
- When you close a multi-million Seed or Series A, your program seat converts to the full Strategist plan at 50% off the first year. We check; please tell us first.
- Not included
- Bulk CSV export and dedicated analyst sessions (Strategist/Advisor benefits).
Misrepresenting your funding stage (e.g. applying while holding a Series A or later) voids program pricing; the subscription may be converted to standard Strategist rates or cancelled.
